Order Issues:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items.
Blessed Items:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for any items that have been blessed. Once an item has been blessed, it is considered sacred and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or report a problem with your order, please email us at shop@walsingham.org.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item or confirmed the issue. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment method.
