5. The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus – This sorrow focuses on Mary’s unimaginable grief as she stood by the cross and witnessed the agonising death of her son, Jesus.

6. The Body of Jesus is Taken Down from the Cross – We contemplate the heartache Mary endured as she held the lifeless body of her son after His crucifixion, mourning her loss.

7. The Burial of Jesus – This sorrow reflects on the final farewell as Mary watched her son’s body being laid in the tomb, feeling the immense sorrow of parting from Him in death.
